3003 aluminum tube

3003 aluminum tube is widely used in food containers, kitchen utensils, decorative materials and automotive parts due to its corrosion resistance and weldability. Its surface can be treated by painting and anodizing to achieve better aesthetics and durability. It has high strength and ductility, suitable for extrusion, welding and cutting processes.

3000 series aluminum alloys have manganese (Mn) added, which can provide good corrosion resistance and medium strength after appropriate surface treatment (such as anodizing). Chalco 3003 and 3A21 aluminum tube busbars can be widely used in power transmission and transformation systems and wind power generation systems in harsh environments such as humidity.

There are two types of 3003 aluminum tubes:

1. 3003 aluminum extruded tube: Aluminum 3003 extruded tube is hot extruded through a die and can be used as a seamless or structural grade product.

2. 3003 aluminum drawn tube: 3003 aluminum drawn tube is a seamless extruded tube that is drawn through a die to reach the final size.
