DIN 2448 seamless steel pipes are manufactured in accordance with major international standards such as AISI, DIN, EN, GB, IS, JIS, ASTM, and ASME. These pipes are available in a wide size range—4 mm to 219 mm for seamless types, and 5 mm to 1219.2 mm for welded variants.

The DIN 2448:1982 welded pipes are widely used in welding applications due to their excellent weldability. Across all pipe types, the chemical composition typically includes carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, and nitrogen, which collectively provide the material with enhanced toughness, hardness, strength, and corrosion resistance.
