The downhole motor is a volumetric downhole power drilling tool that is powered by drilling fluid and converts fluid pressure into mechanical energy. The mud flows from the mud pump outlet through the bypass valve into the motor. The oil inlet and outlet of the motor drive the motor to rotate around the axis of the stator, and then transmit the speed and torque to the drill bit through the cardan shaft and the transmission shaft to realize downhole operation.

• Downhole motors are available in all sizes and configurations. According to the individual requirements of customers for torque, displacement, well temperature and other parameters, we provide targeted design products for the market.
• Uniform thickness:
Reasonably change the shape of the stator shell, and the uniform thickness of the downhole motor stator elastomer layer is thin and uniform. The downhole motor is characterized by short length, high power, high pressure drop, low speed, high cooling efficiency, uniform thermal expansion, wider application, more optimized structure and lighter weight. Especially in ultra-deep wells, directional wells, high-temperature wells and other fields, it can prolong the life of downhole motors and improve drilling efficiency.
• High temperature resistant oil-based mud:
This downhole motor is suitable for high temperature, high oil base mud system. Under the conditions of lower than 180°C and high oil, the specially formulated stator elastomer has a high retention rate of properties such as tensile strength and tear strength. The oil-resistant elastomer with reasonable interference is better in high temperature and high oil base mud.
• Corrosion resistance:
The rotor has been sprayed with anti-corrosion to form a special coating, which has better corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and wear resistance. Downhole motors are suitable for working in corrosive fluids for a long time.
• Air drilling:
Air drilling can well protect oil reservoirs, increase drilling speed, significantly shorten drilling cycle, and prevent mud loss and wellbore collapse. It has been widely used now. Air drilling downhole motors are powered by gas, foam and other compressible fluids to power downhole and propel the drill bit through the rock. Downhole motors for air drilling have high technical requirements on the assembly structure, linear design and operating specifications of the motor stator.
