Heat treatment of 20G high pressure boiler tubes before storage:
The rolled 20G finished pipe is transferred to the pipe processing factory for normalizing, ultrasonic flaw detection, water pressure, sampling and other processes. After passing the performance inspection, it is put into storage.
According to production practice, for steel pipes with a wall thickness of less than 14mm, the control finish rolling temperature ≥900℃ can be used instead of normalizing treatment. . (When the steel pipe with wall thickness ≤14mm is used to control the final rolling temperature and the steel pipe with different properties also needs to be normalized at 910℃±10℃ for pipe processing).
The technological process of subsequent processing of steel pipes with qualified performance after heat treatment is as follows:
Steel grade identification ----> Pipe end inspection ----> Cutting head slitting ----> Guide edge ----> Internal flushing of steel pipe ----> Hydrostatic test ----> Ultrasonic flaw detection ----> Length measurement, weighing, printing, marking ----> Surface painting ----> Drying ----> Finished product storage
