Introduction of new products of tubing and casing

1. Special casing for deep well/ultra-deep well
Special casing for deep well/ultra-deep well is a special casing designed and developed by our company according to the special needs of users, which is suitable for the complex and changeable ultra-deep and complex downhole construction environment. Special casing for ultra-deep wells is widely used in major oilfields in China. The product was used in Well Tashen 1 with a drilling depth of 8,408 meters, and in Well Keshen 7, it created a world record of 7087 meters in the whole section of the TP140V casing with a diameter of 273.05×13.84mm. The Φ139.70×10.54mm TP165V and 143.32×12.35mm TP165V ultra-deep well casings were successfully used in Zhongyuan Oilfield. It is the first high-steel oil casing that has been successfully run in oilfields in China.

2. Special casing for heavy oil thermal recovery wells
The special casing for heavy oil thermal recovery well is a special casing designed and developed by our company for the heavy oil recovery process. According to the steam injection and steam flooding heavy oil thermal recovery process, 90ksi to 125ksi TP-H series special casing for heavy oil thermal recovery wells has been designed and developed; for the gradual popularization of the thermal flooding oil recovery process in recent years, our company has designed and developed 90ksi and 110ksi High chromium (Cr) series thermal recovery well casing. This series of casing products have more excellent high temperature strength stability and carbon dioxide corrosion resistance, and are specially used in fire flooding oil production process.
