DIN 1629 carbon seamless steel pipes
DIN 1629 carbon seamless steel pipes are round pipes and tubes made of non-alloy materials used for special quality requirements. There are three main grades: DIN 1629 ST 37.0, 44.0 and 52.0. DIN 1629 pipe grades differ in material composition and mechanical properties. Different grades of Tuberia DIN 1629 can be used in the manufacture of pipes, vessels, equipment, fittings and other applications. They are available in different size ranges. Pipe outer diameters range from 10 mm to 324 mm, wall thicknesses range from 1 mm to 30 mm, and lengths up to 14,000 mm. Tubi DIN 1629 material contains carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur. ST52.0 grade contains silicon and manganese, while other grades do not. The carbon content of ST37.0 grade is 0.17%, ST44.0 grade is 21%, and ST52.0 grade is 22%. This difference results in different strength values for DIN 1629 seamless pipes. The minimum yield strength of grade 37.0 is 235MPa, and the minimum tensile strength can reach 480MPa; the minimum yield strength of grade 44.0 is 275MPa, and the tensile strength can reach 550MPa; the minimum yield strength of grade 52.0 is 355MPa, and the minimum tensile strength can reach 650MPa. DIN 1629 st 52 is the highest and most expensive grade. DIN 1629 steel pipes can be heat treated such as hot rolling, cold working, stress relief, annealing or normalizing to improve the hardness of the product.
