Aluminum round bar

Aluminum steel round bar that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments containing phosphoric, nitric, chloride and sulfuric acid. The 6061 aluminum square rod will not deform at the temperature of liquid nitrogen, which is also very high, and the commercial demand is great. In the molten state, a rod of 5052 hexagonal aluminum was exposed to vacuum to remove hydrogen and, to a lesser extent, oxygen and nitrogen. The tungsten and vanadium in the 6063 aluminum rod form carbides, both of which increase the hardness and stability of the finished product. Manganese, silicon or aluminum in 7075 aluminum rods are added during steelmaking to remove dissolved oxygen, sulfur and phosphorus from the melt.
