ASTM A192 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe Specification

ASTM A192 Carbon Steel Tube Specification covers seamless carbon steel boiler tubes for high pressure applications. We will develop recommended pipe sizes after receiving your inquiry. A printout or sketch of the part to be produced should be included. Grade, chemical analysis and surface condition are carefully considered, and the production process is customized to obtain the best pipe for the end use.

ASTM A192 seamless steel pipes are used as minimum wall thickness, seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes for high pressure. CSCsteel provides ASTM A192 steel pipes in hot rolled and cold drawn delivery conditions. They are usually used in high pressure pressure boilers (working pressure does not exceed 9.8Mpa, working temperature between 450℃-650℃) heating surface pipes, headers, economizers, superheaters, and reheaters.

Additional processing services: ASTM A192 pipe ends (flat ends, beveled ends, joints); coatings (epoxy coatings, paint coatings, 3LPE coatings), bending, etc. are made according to customer requirements.
