ASTM 178 Electric Resistance Welded Carbon Steel and Carbon Manganese Steel Boiler and Superheater Tubes
ASTM A178 boiler tubes are well known for their resistance to corrosion and temperature changes. LINKUN offers ASTM A 178 Grade A & C&D boiler tubes for various industrial applications.
ASTM A178 ERW steel pipes are used for boiler tubes, boiler flues, superheater flues and safety ends. Steel grade A (mild carbon steel), C (medium carbon steel) or D (carbon manganese steel). The manufacturing process must include heat treatment, cooling and then welding. Crush test should be conducted if required by the customer.
