2. Reasons for the design of the scissors
The basic basis for the design of the channel steel shearing edge is the channel shape of the finished channel steel,. This design is prone to the following problems during the shearing process: First, the two shoulders of the channel steel are relatively thicker than other parts, and the required shearing force is also larger, and the cutting edge wears quickly. . This part has a relatively large amount of wear, resulting in a large shoulder gap and prone to shoulder collapse; second, compared with the waist of the channel steel legs, due to the influence of the shearing angle, when the shearing edge is worn, the legs are cut after cutting. When the shearing amount becomes smaller, the leg shearing changes from the usual shearing to tearing, and the end face of the channel steel leg is prone to burrs.
