Plastic-coated composite steel pipe is also called plastic-coated steel pipe. Plastic-coated steel pipe is based on steel pipe and plastic powder is used as coating material. Or steel-plastic composite products with anti-corrosion layers of other materials.
1. Coating adhesion: The adhesion of polyethylene plastic coating is ≥30N/cm, and the adhesion of epoxy resin coating is grade 1 to 3.
2. Bending performance: When the steel-plastic pipe with a nominal diameter of not more than 50mm is bent, there will be no cracks after bending, and no delamination will occur between the steel and the inner and outer plastic layers.
3. Flattening performance: Steel-plastic pipes with a nominal diameter greater than 50mm and no more than 600mm are flattened, and no cracks will occur after flattening, and no delamination occurs between the steel and the inner and outer plastic layers.
4. Hygienic requirements: The inner plastic layer of the steel-plastic pipe for conveying drinking water, hot and cold water should meet the requirements of GB/T 17219.
5. Coated plastic layer pinhole test: use an electric spark detector to inspect the entire inner and outer surfaces of the steel-plastic pipe provided for the test, and no electric spark should be generated during the detection.
6. Fire resistance test: The steel-plastic pipe for fire protection should be able to withstand the fire resistance test for 15 minutes, and there should be no leakage and deformation damage after the test.
